Premier Pilates Session Policies

  • 24-hour Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session start time, your session will be lost. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your session’s start time.

  • You will be considered a “no show” once it is 15 minutes passed your scheduled session time. I understand things happen, if you are running late to your session, please notify me.

  • Appointment requests are taken on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Sessions/Packages must be prepaid before scheduling your session.

  • Pilates sessions are non-refundable. All packages are non-refundable once in use and expire after 6 months.

  • Emails and texts are responded to only during business hours.
