Dana teaches classical Pilates instruction along with contemporary Pilates instruction to ensure her clients get the most out of their Pilates training. She is passionate about customizing each session to the client in-front of her.
Dysfunctional movement creates more dysfunction, and it is Dana’s mission to teach healthy movement to her clients so they can live their life pain free. Pilates helps with back pain, posture, range of motion, balance, increasing strength, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
